Groomer Jeff
Jeff is an animal lover who has kept guinea pigs, dogs, cats, . Being with animals always brings him joy. During his school holidays in secondary school, Jeff worked as an assistant at a pet store (2010). He thoroughly enjoyed spending time with pets ，his passion led him to choose this path.
In 2017, Jeff began his apprenticeship at a renowned pet grooming school in Singapore, where he trained for over a year. By 2018, he earned the SKC Technical Award, officially launching his career as a pet groomer. To pursue higher standards, Jeff furthered his studies at a grooming academy in China (2019).
Jeff believes that the most important qualities for a groomer are patience and passion, always prioritizing the safety of the pets. A skilled groomer must also have a keen sense of the pets' emotions, continuously improve their weaknesses, and enhance their professionalism. Above all, every grooming session should be done with love and a strong sense of responsibility.

Ivy has been working in the pet grooming industry for eight years, beginning her professional journey in 2018. Step by step, she has grown and earned her professional grooming certification. In 2019, she pursued further training to become a better version of herself. Driven by passion, she will continue learning and improving in the future.
Ivy adores seeing pet owners love their furry companions even more after their makeovers. the pets happy lives fill her with immense satisfaction and a sense of achievement.
